Order Process
- Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.
- Orders that are successfully placed will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
- If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@alykzer.in or our WhatsApp Team. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
- Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@alykzer.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@alykzer.in with your order number and a photo of the item.
