Policy Coverage:

 

Coverage Overview: This policy provides coverage for accidental breakage of lenses and frames for the insured eyeglasses.

 

Insured Eyeglasses:

  • Alykzer Platina X:
    • Coverage Period: 45 days from the date of delivery
  • Alykzer Plat II:
    • Coverage Period: 30 days from the date of delivery

Covered Incidents:

  • Accidental breakage of lenses
  • Accidental breakage of frames

Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from intentional acts or negligence
  • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions
  • Loss or theft of the insured glasses
  • Damage occurring outside the coverage period

Claim Procedure:

  • Provide the following information for verification:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Detailed description of the damage
    • Photographs of the damaged glasses
    • Any relevant receipts or repair estimates
  • The WhatsApp team will verify the claim details and process the claim accordingly.

Claim Coverage:

  • Repairs or replacement of the damaged glasses, subject to the policy limits and deductibles specified.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
