    Our insurance policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason our Alykzer causes you trouble, you can claim your insurance within a certain timeframe.

    Our insurance policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason our Alykzer causes you trouble, you can claim your insurance within a certain timeframe. We made insurance claiming very easy for you.

    Policy Coverage

    Coverage Overview: This policy provides coverage for accidental breakage of lenses and frames for the insured eyeglasses.

    Insured Eyeglasses

    • Alykzer Platina X — Coverage Period: 45 days from the date of delivery
    • Alykzer Plat II — Coverage Period: 30 days from the date of delivery

    Covered Incidents

    • Accidental breakage of lenses
    • Accidental breakage of frames

    Exclusions

    • Damage resulting from intentional acts or negligence
    • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions
    • Loss or theft of the insured glasses
    • Damage occurring outside the coverage period

    Claim Procedure

    • To file a claim, contact our WhatsApp team at +918962992595 or click here
    • Provide the following information for verification:
      • Proof of purchase
      • Detailed description of the damage
      • Photographs of the damaged glasses
      • Any relevant receipts or repair estimates
    • The WhatsApp team will verify the claim details and process the claim accordingly.

    Claim Coverage

    Repairs or replacement of the damaged glasses, subject to the policy limits and deductibles specified. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the exception of the reported damage. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    How to Start a Return or Claim

    To start a return or insurance claim, you can contact our WhatsApp team by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pickup person. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
